ToBe Fresh Network LLC provides copyright registration assistance, ownership organization, consultation services, administrative filing support, and creative rights management services for artists, creators, brands, and businesses.

Services may include:

  • Copyright registration assistance

  • Music, lyrics, and artwork filings

  • Ownership and split consultations

  • Expedited (Rush) filing support

  • File preparation and submission guidance

  • Zoom consultations and administrative support

2. No Legal Advice

ToBe Fresh Network LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions.

All services provided are administrative and informational only.

Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney for legal matters, disputes, or intellectual property litigation.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Submit authorized files and materials

  • Confirm ownership rights before submission

  • Respond promptly to requests for information

The client is fully responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information.

4. Ownership & Rights

The client confirms they either:

  • Own the rights to the submitted material, or

  • Have authorization to submit the material for copyright registration purposes.

ToBe Fresh Network LLC is not responsible for ownership disputes, infringement claims, or conflicts between collaborators, producers, designers, or third parties.

5. Payments & Fees

All payments are due before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Government filing fees, rush filing fees, and administrative fees are non-refundable once work has started or submissions have been made.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

6. Expedited (Rush) Filing

Rush filing services may include additional government fees and priority administrative support.

Processing times are determined by the U.S. Copyright Office and cannot be guaranteed by ToBe Fresh Network LLC.

7. Processing Times

Submission processing times vary depending on government review periods and workload.

ToBe Fresh Network LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Government agencies

  • Incorrect client information

  • Missing documents

  • Third-party service interruptions

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final once:

  • Consultation services have started

  • Administrative work has begun

  • Applications or filings have been submitted

No refunds will be issued for completed services or submitted filings.

9. Confidentiality

All client information and submitted materials will be treated as confidential and used only for service-related purposes.

ToBe Fresh Network LLC will not intentionally share client materials without authorization unless required by law.

10. Communication

Clients agree to communicate professionally through approved channels including:

  • Email

  • Scheduled Zoom meetings

  • Phone consultations

Failure to respond within reasonable timeframes may delay services.

11. Limitation of Liability

ToBe Fresh Network LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Rejected applications

  • Ownership disputes

  • Lost profits or damages

  • Third-party claims

  • Government processing delays

The client assumes full responsibility for submitted materials and ownership claims.

12. Service Term

Services begin once payment is received and remain active for the agreed service period unless otherwise stated in writing.

Unused services may expire according to the terms of the purchased package.

13. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing, the client confirms they:

  • Have read and understood this agreement

  • Agree to all terms and conditions

  • Authorize ToBe Fresh Network LLC to provide administrative copyright support services

Copyright Ownership Acknowledgment

ToBe Fresh Network LLC provides copyright registration assistance and administrative filing services on behalf of clients. The use of ToBe Fresh Network LLC's filing account, systems, or administrative tools does not grant ToBe Fresh Network LLC any ownership, copyright interest, publishing rights, royalty rights, licensing rights, or claim to the client's work.

All copyrights, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights remain with the client and/or the designated copyright claimant listed on the registration application.

ToBe Fresh Network LLC acts solely as an administrative service provider assisting with the preparation and submission of copyright registration materials. Upon registration, all certificates and registration rights belong to the client or designated copyright owner.

The client retains full ownership and control of their creative work unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
